儿童与自然日历

学院特聘教授、《中国书画》杂志专业委员会委员。主编《博物学经典译丛》《博物学经典丛书》《博物之旅丛书》等，计三十多种博物学著作。

本日历编译者为中科院动物学所博士后胡运彪。

本书绘画原作者罗斯是美国20世纪早期插画家、漫画家。是早期迪士尼漫画家之一，曾与美国漫画家奥特考特一起创作过《布朗小子》。1913年在美国25家报纸上连载Mamma's Angel Child，获得巨大成功。为The Flower Children, Butterfly Babies, Bird Children and Animal Children等图书画过插画。伊丽莎白·戈登（Elizabeth Gordon 1866—1922）美国作家、诗人，出版有Bird Children:The Little Playmates of the Flower Children、Mother Earth’s children：the frolics of the fruits and vegetables、Flower children：the little cousins of the field and garden。本书的画与诗即摘选、编译自上述作品。
