看评论说鸡汤多，干货少。我读下来觉得这些“废话”极其重要，how的问题永远没有why的问题来得重要。特别是这种adaptive的方法论，更需要知道过程。而且BuJo更多是一种mindset，而不是单纯的note taking system。

真的是把accomplish more by working less 的精神发挥极致，是很好的记录和reflection系统啊！！！
