这本不错!图解基本都在点上,有对应的 targeted muscles,动作很全,也提供了一些动作难度升级/降级的版本。原本不觉得最后设计的动作组合有什么用,但试过几次觉得还挺好的,不用自己想组合,基本的运动前后放松、久坐、久站、全身放松都涵盖了。
