好长好长…对宗教和诗歌没有了解和兴趣,硬读这部分很痛苦,很多人名和作品完全不懂。前面几章的历史梳理挺好的。处读一次对维多利亚时代也算有所了解了,但盲区还是很大!

写的很好,其实也并没有那么难读,至少不觉得比Levine那种popular学者的东西难多少,比较偏重维多利亚散文
