作者这本作品和前三本都不太一样,乍一看是探险小说,实际上是对时间、人生的思考。其实“现在”根本不存在,每一个“现在”都是“过去”。过去、现在、未来只是不同时空中的三条线索,可能永远不会有交集,但也有可能神奇的“偶遇”。尤其是读到结尾查理、呆伦和约翰尼的真人档案,就会明白整本作品的设置。原来三个人都在不同的时空遇到了未来的自己,只是他们当时并不知道。
