这本书的intro和coda写的太精彩了以至于我看完之后觉得中间的部分相比之下有些黯淡(但这大概和我对cold war studies不是特别了解有很大关系)并想反复阅读intro和coda！整本书structure的方式(各方面都)非常的aesthetically gratifying且合理。不愧是ucb training呜呜呜也太会写theory了。

是我今天的注意力用完了吗还是这个introduction真的写的很confusing.........我真的是努力拉住自己不要走神。其实她提出的framing挺有趣的，讨论冷战中美国对于亚裔的suspicion怎样和当时的orientalism交织在一起，只不过看来我今晚是读不进去了。orz
