This book considers its deeply detrimental impacts upon young children, families, settings and the workforce. The book provides a critical introduction to neoliberalism and three closely related and influential concepts – Human Capital theory, Public Choice theory and New Public Management – as well as an overview of the impact of neoliberalism on compulsory education, in particular through the Global Education Reform Movement. 没说出啥道理。儿童本质的富有形象被新自由打压倒是挺有意思。不太喜欢的点是因为引用的早期教育问题太宏观,所以大部分分析新自由的话术能够从任何教育领域找到例子作证…
