If The Expanse series is a tribute to the Golden Era space operas, and an extremely successful revamp of the latter, The Mercy of Gods seems, IMHO, to be one to an even earlier era of the likes of The War of the Worlds, but a much less successful revamp at that.

是怎么做到每一个角色都标签化不立体，但同时都按程度从不讨喜直到令人讨厌的（也许除了专业吐槽役Campar）…情节非常简单，用几段就能概括完；我再次怒言space opera不应该被翻译成太空歌剧而是太空肥皂剧。原因举例，包括但不限于： 最后Dafyd出于某些不能剧透的原因，以XX方式把Tonne〇〇那个情节也太儿戏且搞笑了。
