2024年第五十三本, 谈不上推荐,翻翻看可以。 也许是本身并不缺乏多巴胺,没那么多的不快乐;也许是书里干货不多,如果是奔着“解决”不快乐这件事来的,那还是多看看类似于《心理学与生活》、《社会心理学》、《对伪心理学说不》这种吧,也许可以收获更多。 总之呢,快乐也是有感知的。 让身体和心理都感知到快乐,同等重要。

本书最大的贡献就是提出了这个概念。他们写这些东西总是喜欢扯很多犊子,但其实对论点的论证并不怎么有益。
