购物行为学分析,虽然研究方法没有那么严谨,但是能持之以恒观察消费者这么多年还不断编辑新版也是很强 里面的各种各样的case都很有意思,足见消费主义如何在美国盛行以及影响社会方方面面。从另一个角度来讲,也可以认为是论述retail sales 如何提升用户体验的。

课程需要,仅作标记。还是很通俗易懂的,但这个作者还是有点精英的俗气,跟法国同学讨论到他对女性的描写,让人很不舒服。

号称1500000小时消费观察报告,所以实证很多,归纳很少,台湾直版印刷,看得有点累,翻译行文和排版都不太利于阅读。建议看目录,然后挑选有兴趣的分类来看实证,个人感觉新意举例不多。
