高中看了肖申克，几乎没有看过电影的我被震撼得几天难以集中精力写作业。后来一位身高两米的旁友给我推荐了这本书，推荐了夏天的故事。我硬着头皮看过的英文书不多。看过了还记得情节的小说也不多。Apt Pupil，对给我幼小的三观进行了巨大的塑造。

人文社翻的译本跟原著比起来真的好烂。不是一般的烂，句子都不给翻完，复杂的地方居然就跳过去不管了....

冲着 Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption 去看的，但四篇里最喜欢的是 The Breathing Method, 明显肖申克的救赎电影拍得更深刻了些。
