初读过程很艰难，因阅读周期较长前两章内容已多有遗忘。拉图尔的文本晦涩难懂，其表达风格与哈特、德沃金等经典法哲学家迥异：后者的论述经推敲可见逻辑严谨、措辞精妙，而拉图尔的文字常显逻辑松散，却兼具鲜活的思想张力。 其中第三章与第五章对我来说最具启发性：第三章将行动者网络理论（ANT）引入法学分析，阐释法院的物质环境与组织架构对法律决策的塑造作用；第五章通过对比科学与法律的运作，揭示二者并行的真理生产机制，为其存在模式理论奠定基础。第六章是全书的精华：拉图尔回到了《我们从未现代过》的逻辑，重新批判传统自然 / 文化二元论，主张在现代性内部对科学、技术、市场、法律进行真理体制人类学比较，并选择悬置政治判断，专注于法律如何生成事实与规范。 因对法国行政法缺乏了解基本没看懂，待重读梳理。
