First 10 chapters, 1-189. 差评。写的太零散了，就像大众畅销书籍，给出的解决方案实在太弱，所用的社会学概念也泛泛可陈，特别是social capital这个观点都没提到。有意思的是谈到Tenure对于学术自由的限制。值得讨论study body应如何才算diverse. Chris
