将现实生活中总结出来的服务技巧,总结整理,并将之重新运用到具体实例中,深化并形成真正可以再度运用的“方法”。——非常具体的操作建议,客服也许不仅是客服,更是人际关系的经营,是个人如何维护公司的声誉等等。

基本上都是一些我已经知道的技巧。有部分技巧比较实用,可以应付客人/上司/供应商等多种人际关系和场合,但是另外一部分技巧感觉不太适合国内使用。
