我认为作者地某些观点(比如多外包)有些偏激,但是这本书将了很多之前没有想到地东西。对想单兵作战地工程师来说,仍然有很好地参考价值。

基本就是一本错题集加上订正,把 bootstrap 这种创业模式的点点滴滴都介绍到了。很多道理都是反直觉的,比如:1. 最先考虑市场,最后考虑技术实现;2. 发布前六个月就要开始做营销,这样发布的时候才会顺利变现;3. 节省时间为第一要务,如果手工比实现自动化要快,那就先外包手工实现。
