看完以后想拿中文版的快速回顾，感觉在看一本完全不同的书……由于书中采访内容之密集、陈述之专业，即便是从业者，也需要耗费颇多时力阅读，当发现作者2010年已经写就，不得不肃然起敬，因读书中以为这么大的采访量不耗费个两三年不可能完成……非常感动其中Eisman的诸多想法和行动，若中国有此等从业者，属幸事（而且他也是最后赚最多的）。

如果以写作为业，那有两个方向感兴趣：一是极度戏剧化，如同本书，每个外围的引语都是how ya will fuck us 二就是科恩兄弟，荒谬与无意义，反逻辑。此外还有个小主题：人无法摆脱血缘的诅咒，故乡和过往对我们是包袱，带上他们我们举步维艰，丢掉他们我们将轻装上阵却成空壳。

其实是风闻皮特高司令和贝尔主演的改编电影才随手翻了翻这本Vater的案头书。低利率高流动性资产价格保护政策是隐患，银行模式从借出持有转型到发起销售也是隐患。预测人的表现只需要观察动机，狂热的特征就是欺诈发生率复杂性快速上升，华尔街一直在从人们的恐惧无知中赚取利润。不受约束的经济会由于自身规则而崩溃。综上玩得转金融的都是呆萌且charming的大大。

电影里最后front point的伙计们在卖空以前迟疑了很久 一片兵荒马乱里面eisman把自己道德拷问得快傻了 最后为了所谓对投资人的fiduciary duty还是卖了 但其实大家都懂的 做空者都没有要hedge的东西还能买保险 cds本身就和cdo一样是一种笑话 所以才觉得电影里eisman自我拷问的时刻很重要 书里没有把这层意思完全说明白 最后mike lewis的总结陈词居然和geraint A这种小外围的中心思想是一样的 就是incentive和奖惩规则的问题 管理层和股东利益脱节 最后聪明人和笨蛋都赚到了钱

10.3-11.21终于弄清楚什么是ARM，CDS，CDO，学到了好多东西，推荐~开始讲大空头的逆势操作境遇后有点看不下去。前二分之一看了三天，后二分之一断断续续看了一个多月。

不是这个可怕的封面，用的是电影封面 语言很美式 充满了F词 金融就是大骗子 其实对人类社会没有帮助 他们就是上层剥削的工具 Eisman的性格太搞笑了 电影复原得很好 就是那个样子

开始读就停不下来，一口气就完成了两百多页，调查扎实、文字有力，力荐……后期泡沫该破不破的时候，四处奔走，在评级机构，doj soe处处碰壁，挺心寒的，稳住投资人，和导师疏远，这些经历过后都成神了吧
