Very entertaining, a book of anecdotes. It's a pity that Kleiber never granted interviews. I would love to read a full articulation of his understanding of music. Although, to be sure, self-explantion is redundant and unnecessary.

这些信件里有一千个他，但可能那也只是真实的他的十分之一。又有点不想推荐，因为正像他所说的，因为只有不期而遇的火花，才能真正凸显一个人对一段音乐真正的热爱。（对于他的信也是一样）。

应该叫Kleiber自创笑话集，Kleiber的确很幽默，很幸运有这么位专业尽职的粉丝能记录下这些。掩卷不仅觉得淡淡的忧桑。

读的时候常常莫名共情被烦到，随手查了下生平好笑了: 7月3日生，和我生日同一天。（PS: 伯恩斯坦也太搞笑了）书本身没啥意思。
