写得很干净清晰甚至有流行科普感,以及研究方法实在是有启发,这个mixed methods 做得好啊。研究结论嘛,只能说不超越我基于所见种种荒谬的常识,我一个搞互联网的天天因我的研究对象生气不是没有道理(
