A Nice Read

Long time not read self-help books. This one is a nice read, no major ground breaking, life changing learning, but still have some takeaways:

1, Delusional positive thinking is toxic and weak.

We shall face the problem, acknowledge it, deal with it.Real happy people won't stand in front of the mirror and declare that she is happy. haha. but what about Law of Attraction?

2, "Do Something" principle:

when lack of motivation, create it by just doing something, in the doing, you will find inspiration, which will create motivation, it's a circle. This proves to be very practical tip.

3, Blame is past tense, responsibility is present tense.(H1)

This is Habit 1 (of the 7 Habits). I don't like the word "blame", so i change this to: we cannot control all that happened, but we can control how to respond.

4, Choose good value/priority (H2)

This is Habit 2 (of the 7 Habits). keep Stephan Covey's word in mind all the time:Personal leadership is the ongoing process of keeping your vision and value before you and aligning your life to be congruent with those most important things.
