简单说就是欧美对拉美的历史性经济残害(奴隶对待,资源掠夺,资本扩张)

这本作为历史书来讲不是那么优秀,一大部分原因是由于情绪表达,以至于整本书的论调都是宣泄式的。但可贵之处也在于此—它不是由西方人带有殖民视角写成的。
