花了一个月读了105年前的那个八月,那些谋划与散漫,自负与懦弱,骄傲与恐惧,圆滑与固执,那些亲手编织了宏大的历史的人,在当时谁也不知道结局。只有回头用上帝视角看的时候,才更觉得个人的奋斗真的无关紧要。

读了二三十页,不过这是当年JFK在处理古巴导弹危机时推荐给将军们读过的一本书

考据与文笔都极漂亮的历史写作,荡气回肠,又不至于酸笨催煽,格调高雅,行文“严肃活泼”,偶尔也犀利,但整体思路和评断不失睿智冷静,分寸感真的好,节奏的把控像BBC做的纪录片,三大集各有主题段落清晰,对我而言已经可以归入史诗级了。 记得在 历史的技艺 里,作者还恭维过更畅销的前辈夏依勒,相对而言,个人觉得 第三帝国 那本史料价值远高于实际水准(文笔是短板,但说到底文笔也不是根本问题)写历史最考验的还是... 考据与文笔都极漂亮的历史写作,荡气回肠,又不至于酸笨催煽,格调高雅,行文“严肃活泼”,偶尔也犀利,但整体思路和评断不失睿智冷静,分寸感真的好,节奏的把控像BBC做的纪录片,三大集各有主题段落清晰,对我而言已经可以归入史诗级了。 记得在 历史的技艺 里,作者还恭维过更畅销的前辈夏依勒,相对而言,个人觉得 第三帝国 那本史料价值远高于实际水准(文笔是短板,但说到底文笔也不是根本问题)写历史最考验的还是组织归结材料的能力,纵深的拷问,第三帝国给我最大的印象就是记者范儿,一个特写接着一个特写,累了随手加叙加议,对比特写还长的篇幅基本上已经撒手不管了,除了遵守时间线对结构也没什么想法,经常大放厥词很不严肃。但八月炮火明显是有学术素养的,先有观点和结构然后材料按需分配,比如东西线就没有按时间线搅在一起。 (展开)
