文化差異蠻大的，然後森森的覺得翻譯君很偉大= =。。。雖然有些故事也覺得很有趣很好笑，但是大部分的段子沒掌握到笑點在哪裡。。。當然，也可能我的水平不夠= =

對這本並不是格外感興趣，特別閒的時候當作笑話書來讀的（其實也就類似笑話集嘛）；選修那幾門法律研究的時候看到裡面的某些橋段的確會會心一笑～ 不過作者本身是本著收集法庭幽默事件為目的撰寫的專欄然後合集出的這本書，內容不算貧乏卻欠缺文采。

副标题里的 "fractured" 用得挺好，我觉得这本书并不是出于搞笑目的而展示这些记录，因为大部分内容不够"搞笑"而给低分有失偏颇了。
