Part1废话真的太多了我以为是传统美式畅销书,后面其实是有用的。整体上就是要放松,不要没事呆在床上,创造适宜环境,多光照和锻炼。不要烟酒,注意stages of sleep。

创建的睡吧以这本书为理论基础。不过时隔几年,和那么多失眠的人打过交道,又有了更进一步的想法。书中提倡的认知行为疗法,更应该成为行为认知疗法。行为的改变应该先于认知的改变,这不光针对睡眠,更是生活中方方面面应该遵循的法则。

还好,主要是不要依赖安眠药。按时早起,减少卧床时间,保持午睡,将床与睡眠联系起来,坚持运动,缓解压力等等。老生常谈啦。没有找到中文版,用词典看的英文版。
