很好的历史书，让人身临其境，很强的感受到历史的谱写充满着偶然，轻轻的一推可能就改写了全部。作者是很强的历史学者，在1940～1941二战开始的一年上，专注了10个可此可彼的关键时刻，而这些在历史课本上貌似大势所趋的事实在当时的背景下其实并非必然。
