R.梅雷迪思•贝尔宾(R.Meredith Belbin)博士,剑桥产业培训研究部前主任,毕业于英国剑桥大学卡莱尔学院,剑桥大学管理研究协会会员。他和他的同事们经过多年在英国和澳大利亚的研究与实践,提出了贝尔宾团队角色理论,被广泛用于全世界的组织中,拥有22种不同语言的版本。
贝尔宾博士因《管理团队:成败启示录》和《团队角色:在工作中的应用》两本书被誉为“团队角色理论之父”。
贝尔宾博士曾以咨询顾问的身份向经合组织(OECD)、美国劳工部、欧共体(欧盟前身)委员会以及多家大型企业与公共机构提供决策咨询。作为团队角色理论的创始奠基人,他访问过欧美诸国,现为贝尔宾协会全球合伙人之一。
