边读边想:比如Bill这个case,他经过前期的努力和积累,以及时代的机遇,跟加州互联网顶级大佬们打成一片谈笑风生,那我们应该更关注的是不是他如何达到了这个境界和圈子,而不是进入圈子之后如何给这个ceo那个cfo coach了什么,后者场景大概也就几亿人中能有一个是适用场景,而前者却是对广大从业者,特别是管理层有实际意义的东西。The catch here is: how do you get to the position that’s so high and so reputed that you don’t need to give any concrete opinion or strategy and people are still convinced you are valuable to them... it can be misleading to young fellows that they feel they can move ahead to do this coach thing before they achieve something significant.
