名为“乡村中国起飞”,实则详细梳理了中国经济改革后,农村工业化发展模式背后的政治和经济逻辑。“地方政府社团主义”作为计划体制后一种相对开放的地方发展策略,至今仍在以更多元的形式不断演化。作者最后提出的有待研究的问题,可能恰恰是当前中国城乡发展所遇到的瓶颈。“中国改革的故事仍远未结束”,期待我们探索出新的道路。

oi以中国农村改革呈现了不需要完全私有化也能推进经济改革。只需要足够的经济激励就可以在现有的官僚体系之下推进经济。地方政府的干部是创业的主力军。但这也产生另外一种政治问题,即地方政府拥有的经济资源慢慢多起来,从委托人成为了代理人。国内的政治系统较毛时期更去中心化。地方政府解决预算不足问题仍是当今面临的。oi提到的一些有意思的概念:预算外资金、local state corporatism
