非常好看！特别喜欢！看的我都已经去查爱尔兰的大学了。。。顺便终于下单了lotr三部曲打算重返一下童年。里面介绍爱尔兰的远古神话、中世纪文学艺术和爱尔兰的政治文化历史的部分，可好看了！邱老师一本正经的冷幽默也深得我心。和《翡翠岛编年》应当一起配合阅读。想去爱尔兰！！

作者专业的东西写得略有些沉重，不是专业的东西又略有些流水。不过还是很有趣的，再把作者写书时没发生的同性婚姻公投加进去，会更有意思。在爱尔兰的时候快到圣诞节，从莫赫悬崖回高威，透过窗口看见家家户户点着灯的圣诞树，独自旅行的体验不能更痛苦！读过这样的书，旅行大概会更慢一些，但也免不了把它当成另一种版本的《孤星指南》去满世界打卡。所以，就那么由着自己的性子上路就好啦！

曾经看过手稿本。邱方哲先生早年爱尔兰研究的成果之一，过去有人评价道：“削繁成简，言浅意深，万流并仰，雅俗同钦。”作为国内近代爱尔兰研究的奠基人，邱方哲先生的作品能在改革开放后在国内出版，是学界幸事。期待能看到出版更多成果。当然，该书和爱尔兰独立运动之间的关系还需要进一步考察。
