鸡汤里穿插作者做产品的经历，叙述方式有些琐碎但观点是有说服力的。大致分为三个部分：个人职业生涯的选择与发展、做产品、公司的创立与运营。涵盖的面非常广，任谁看了都会有一点启发。最喜欢做产品这一部分，为什么要做？客户为什么要买？如何对产品进行迭代？作者对产品划分了Version 1、2、3 三个阶段，每个阶段下产品使命、应该完成的目标和完成度、公司的组织架构都是不一样的（有借鉴跨越鸿沟那本书），虽不能... 鸡汤里穿插作者做产品的经历，叙述方式有些琐碎但观点是有说服力的。大致分为三个部分：个人职业生涯的选择与发展、做产品、公司的创立与运营。涵盖的面非常广，任谁看了都会有一点启发。最喜欢做产品这一部分，为什么要做？客户为什么要买？如何对产品进行迭代？作者对产品划分了Version 1、2、3 三个阶段，每个阶段下产品使命、应该完成的目标和完成度、公司的组织架构都是不一样的（有借鉴跨越鸿沟那本书），虽不能说非常醍醐灌顶，但是在涵盖范围广泛的情况下比较简洁的结合作者本人经验一阐述了他的方法论与建议，很值得一看。 (展开)
