安德鲁•惠克罗夫特（Andrew Wheatcroft）
现任MVA（Maclean Veit Associates）联合公司首席顾问，从事中国图书市场的版权交易，2009年开始担任中国图书对外推广计划专家，为多家中国出版社和出版公司提供针对英国市场的顾问服务。曾任教于苏格兰的斯特灵大学（University of Stirling），是国际出版与通信中心的教授，出版研究中心的主任。此书耗费了他20多年的精力，他的足迹遍布欧、亚、美等地。
