Interesting and useful book. Should revisit this book often in future.

Full of preaching, self congratulations and wishful, confusing, skin deep “points”.

Roger 哥哥活成了本来的样子,没有修饰,也还是有烦恼,我又为什么总是不能接受自己真实的模样呢,这本书的关键词:uplifting, for readers of sled development and life fulfillment

One of the best ways to do this is to focus on the possibilities surrounding you in any situation rather than slipping into the default mode of measuring and comparing your life to others.
