客观地说比较啰嗦;但细节是如此动人,啰嗦一点反而更加丰满。一本帮助认识转变,帮助解答“我是谁、我需要什么”的书。

作者所说干货并不多,更多是举例说明。但他的主要观点还是简易、易于理解 就是写的太啰嗦了 加上翻译太烂,完全影响阅读。2020.08.14
