花了蛮多精力读完了(甚至有将近一半是在车程上读的hhh)核心就是一点:你可以通过总结与梳理,彻底结束一段关系,这种结束不需要另一方的参与,你的放下也不是为了原谅另一方,而是为了自己能更好地面对未来。形式上有点叙述疗法的感觉。的确有效果(虽然也不能一劳永逸啦),读的过程中还是蛮温暖的,破除的错误思想很及时,做的小练习也是对释怀有帮助的。五星好评,下次还来hhh。

当按着书中描述的方式来回顾以往所经历的伤痛时,才明白那些曾以为过去的事情并未过去。它一直存在于心,并不被意识到得影响着你。阅读的过程异常痛苦,更清楚在接下来很长的一段时间内依旧会哀伤。但想要和它们做个彻底的了断,想要释然的愿望如此强烈。如果早些年能看到这本书,我想人生应该会是不同的处境。

作为自助书还是值得5星。内容实操性比较强,还算容易上手。然后,本书采用的处理哀伤的形式是say goodbye,
