从头到尾翻了一遍,没啥大的新收获。 全书条理清晰,从learning、stress、anxiety、depression、attention deficit、addiction、hormonal changes、aging各方面介绍了运动的益处。 运动有益身心健康,这我本就坚信不疑,无需说服。我好奇的是why和how,但全书滔滔不绝,甩出各种调查实验研究,还只是例证说明“运动改善身体机能”这个... 从头到尾翻了一遍,没啥大的新收获。 全书条理清晰,从learning、stress、anxiety、depression、attention deficit、addiction、hormonal changes、aging各方面介绍了运动的益处。 运动有益身心健康,这我本就坚信不疑,无需说服。我好奇的是why和how,但全书滔滔不绝,甩出各种调查实验研究,还只是例证说明“运动改善身体机能”这个现象,至多归功归咎于一堆激素serotonin、dopamine、cortisol等,无法真正把原理解释清楚——目前科学认知只到这么浅。 极简总结:➊运动能调节神经递质neurotransmitter,规整大脑里neurochemical的精妙平衡。➋aerobic exercise是关键。 (展开)
