我也一直觉得世界的很多现象可以从经济学角度解释,其原因可能让人意想不到,比如犯罪率降低,又比如许多人都会选择撒谎。但有时候经济学和道德又会想到,书里呈现的大部分人其实是顺着人性“黑暗”一面走的,也不妨碍真实生活里的小美好吧。

“Brilliant”!拿起大学时的读物,仍然记得那时被这本书吸引都是里面提出的各个奇葩话题。现在看回去,有的案例会因为时间、地域、科技等因素显得很有时代感,但读起来还是会因为作者独特的角度和清晰的思维而充满乐趣。时隔多年,仍会受益。

正经研究经济学的人,对本书可能嗤之以鼻。但作者句型句法用着可以,学英语很好

A side-hustle of runaway economists. Love this. Economics should have been empirical in the first place.
