得到听书 第一，领导者的角色定位，要建立主人意识，把自己当做事业的所有者，建立长远的目标，凝聚团队的共识，并勇于探索未知。第二，是领导力的核心原则，领导力，就是在帮手和对手、在推力和阻力面前，保持自我定义的能力。第三，弗格森的领导力心法，也同样适用于今天的商业。
