首先,meditation(冥想)和mindfulness(正念)的中文,着实有点禅了。实际内容,像在传达训练脑回路/专注力。作者描述的感受思绪等场景,还是很抽象。冥想,正念,和自我察觉有许多益处,但是看完后觉得,感觉这项锻炼似乎还缺点什么。不过作者提及的睡眠秘方,好用的!
