感觉这本书的道理我都懂,但是作者讲的真的很好、语言极其优美。有几章的内容有趣有趣。比如,只有足够强大才可以be weak,不要刚刚体会到冥想的一点点好处就到处宣扬;承认自己不知道未来该去哪里并不是一件不好的事情,反而有利于我们去依靠外界的帮助走到最适合的地方;要明白为何要冥想,否则很容易放弃。作者对于修行半途上的人的心理真的很了解哈哈
