這樣的self-help書並不需要思考,就是給你一大堆tooll,但是就像作者說的,tool如果永遠放在tool box裏,那麽只是tool,所以如何運用,并且運用得得心應手,那是一生的修行。所有self-help的書給人的錯覺就是:只要你做了1,2,3,你就一定能得到4, 5,6,并且就結束了。問題解決了。

被好朋友推荐的书,一开始看self help不是很看得进去,渐渐的读着觉得实操性还蛮强。

如Julie Smith所说,这本书的作用在于充当心理自助工具箱,所以读起来很零碎、不连贯。让我惊喜的是,通过Relationships那一部分,我知道了我原来是anxious attachment style,也对讨好型人格有了更多了解。

这本书的确提供了非常多有用的Toolkit,“听了很多道理依然过不好这一生”系列。挺有意思的是,之前在YouTube上刷过Dr Julie好几个视频, 听到一半就怀疑是她, 果不其然。 视频的确是更适合她的媒介,平易近人娓娓道来,更容易建立信任和连结。
