I am soooo screwed up。没有保护自己的边界,理解这世间的事情总是非黑即白。没有自己的观点即便有的时候也不擅长表达自己。对自己要求高的出奇,不是自己的错也会内疚自责很久。真的是有病。it’s so easy to blame parents for all these issues, but then what?
