框架和why we eat内容大同小异,但文笔和论述展开明显没有那本好。看两个作者讲同样一个故事,写作功底和构文真的高下立见。说下不同的地方:这个作者推崇fasting,那个作者让三餐都吃,这一点听谁的还无法定夺,需要研究一下fasting。

澄清了一些减肥的迷思:为什么控制饮食,运动跑步锻炼也不能变瘦;为什么有人喝水都能胖,为什么有些人食量很大却仍是瘦的。肥胖其实是荷尔蒙导致的——胰岛素+胰岛素抗性,会让我们内置的体重阈值发生变化。要想减肥就得控制我们的胰岛素+胰岛素抗性这些荷尔蒙的过多分泌。

非常棒的一本有关健康的书。要做到:杜绝一切的糖;吃正确的碳水化合物;吃合适量的蛋白质;吃相当多的脂肪;饮食中一定要有纤维和醋。 锻炼不会减肥,但是对身体有其他的好处。 定时保持空腹。能不吃早饭就不要吃。不饿的时候千万不要吃东西。杜绝一切零食。 说起来容易做起来难。
